We've raised our 2023 GDP growth forecast for the UK to 0.6% from 0.4% last month to reflect large upward revisions to historical data. But the outlook remains weak, with activity likely to struggle to gain momentum given sticky inflation and the lagged impact of tighter monetary policy. We still expect GDP growth of 0.4% in 2024.
