Macro - Country Economic Forecasts - Qatar

We have kept our 2023 and 2024 GDP growth forecast for Qatar at 1.5% and 2.5%, with the energy and non-energy sectors seen making positive contributions. The PMI data support our view of a moderation in Q3 sequential growth after the projected pickup in Q2. On the positive side, trade statistics show exports moved higher in Q3, notwithstanding global demand headwinds.
