Given weakened sentiment and downbeat eurozone data, we have revised our forecast for Luxembourg this year and now forecast GDP will contract by 1.2% followed by modest growth of 1.4% next year. In Q1, GDP in Luxembourg expanded by 0.6% after data revisions, but contracted slightly by 0.1 in Q2.
