This IDC Perspective reviews the challenges that organizations face as they work to align IT, HR, and operational resources to build IT and organizational trust. The rapid shift to remote work in 2020 and early efforts to support onsite and return-to-office initiatives have brought new challenges for mitigating risk, building security and compliance, and addressing social, environmental responsibility, ethics, and privacy.
