This IDC Perspective examines what is driving mobile network operators (MNOs) to deploy 5G fixed wireless broadband (FWB), its benefits and challenges, utilizing a case study from the New Zealand market where incumbent telco Spark has migrated 30% of its broadband base on to FWB connectivity."Mobile network operators across Asia/Pacific can see multiple reasons to deploy 5G fixed wireless access technologies.
