This IDC PeerScape examines practices from European organizations that have successfully tackled crisis-driven challenges, unleashing a new digital resiliency level. Despite the challenging times, some organizations were able to respond to the crisis, return to operate business as usual, and grow over changed conditions due to strong efforts in digital investments. "The COVID-19 crisis has underscored the role of digital technologies, more than ever, in enabling organizations' resiliency. While many businesses felt unprepared and witnessed major disruptions, others managed to thrive. Organizations that were ahead in their digital journeys were more prepared and able to swiftly adapt.
