Diversity as a Pivotal Point in Organizational Change

This IDC Perspective discusses the topic of diversity and why it is rising in importance now along with some thoughts on how organizations can get started. Survey results shared came from IDC's 2022 HR Decision-Makers Survey."IDC believes that 2023 will be the year of diversity with much disruption of HCM and EX technology in support of identifying, isolating, and remediating inequity. In other words, diversity and achievement of equity will be the driving factors in HCM technology investments next year," says Lisa Rowan, research VP, Modern HR Strategies, IDC. "Technology investments naturally flow from business practice changes and so cultural shifts placing diversity as a top organizational priority will precede tech investments."
