Developing the Right Technology Skills: Using SORT to Support Career Choices for Young People

This IDC Market Note analyzes and presents an initiative from SORT in which young students and professionals are provided career guidance through a U.K.-based website. "The complexity in career choice, especially within technology-related roles, has increased to a point in which a different approach to guidance is required. The skills gap in Europe is severe, and the matching of skills in the supply and demand of the job market needs to be dramatically improved among students and graduates.
