In particular, itfocuses on respondents’ usage of over-the-top (OTT)communication and social media services.
The survey was conducted in association with Dynata betweenAugust and September 2020. The survey groups were chosen tobe representative of the mobile-internet-using population inEurope and the USA. We set quotas on age, gender andgeographical spread to that effect. There were a minimum of1000 respondents per country.
