This report focuses on aspects of Analysys Mason’s Connected GEOGRAPHICAL COVERAGEConsumer Survey that relate to the behaviour, preferences andplans of smartphone users in developed Asia–Pacific (DVAP). Inparticular, it focuses on respondents’ usage of over-the-top (OTT)communication and social media services. 
The survey was conducted in association with Dynata betweenAugust and September 2020. The survey groups were chosen tobe representative of the internet-using-population in developedAsia–Pacific. We set quotas on age, gender and geographicalspread to that effect. There were a minimum of 1000respondents per country.
