We have cut our 2023 GDP growth forecast for Sri Lanka by 1ppt to 0% due to a smaller-than-expected rebound in the economy in Q2. But rebounding it is, and further recovery is likely over the coming quarters, supported by the normalisation of activity and the return tourists. We forecast the economy will expand by 8.4% next year.
