For Kosovo, we've raised our GDP growth forecasts by 0.1ppt to 3.4% for 2023 and by 0.4ppts to 3.9% for 2024. Although our baseline remains cautiously optimistic due to receding inflation and solid domestic demand, risks are still skewed to the downside. A late-September attack by over 30 armed Serbian paramilitaries in Northern Kosovo was the worst outburst of violence in the region for several years. The attack appears to be an isolated incident, but risks of further conflict in the short term have increased since our previous forecast.
