The program involves the construction of 100MW Khudaferin hydropower plant, 40MW Giz Galasi hydropower plant and 23 small power plants by 2025. Under the Program, the construction of 34km gas pipeline, connecting Aghdam and Khankendi will be completed by 2025. The Program also includes the construction of Bargushad, Hakarichay, and Zabukh reservoirs alongside the renovation of the main canals of the Sugovushan reservoir by 2025.
